Contract Manager, BESS

Our client is a supplier of Batery Energy Storage Systems and associated electrical power engineering solutions with international presence. They provide equipment for renewable energy market, alongside with its integration and technical support.

As a Contract Manager, you will:

• Analyze, negotiate and prepare sell-side and buy-side contracts that meet the company standards
• Review and monitor terms & conditions making sure they reflect contractual obligations in
  a comprehensive and clear matter
• Support clients and subcontractors with their queries regarding contractual matters
• Support contract negotiations in close cooperation with the sales and legal departments
• Liaise with several company branches with regards to their contract management activities
• Prepare company policies, monitor compliance to contractual terms
• Manage document circulation in an effective manner using available tools and infrastructure
• Ensure the contractual obligations are in line with the company risk management requirements
• Provide contract training for stakeholders to promote best practices
• Have commercial acumen and a keen eye for detail
• Have prior contract management and/or procurement experience gained in a dynamic work environment
