They cooperate with segments including industry, food, retail, logistics and public sector. Their comprehensive offering includes analysis of clients’ energy needs, turn-key project management, providing full financing of the proposed solutions that may include rooftop or ground-mounted pv installations and modernisation of HVAC systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:
- join a leader in energy efficiency that is now dynamically growing their presence in Central and Eastern Europe to become part of an organisation with agile and friendly work culture
- identify large C&I clients with genuine interest in the optimisation of their energy consumption
- promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by playing a consultative advisory role and offering tailored solutions
- lead long term negotiations with high level stakeholders
- closely cooperate with other company departments including Project Execution and Energy Efficiency dep., both in Poland and in other company branches abroad
- demonstrate a good sales track record with large C&I clients, have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- be passionate about energy transformation, committed to helping companies to become part of energy transition
- have a good command of English
